**Position: Personal Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing special events and functions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Handle inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

- ** Efficiency**: Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
- ** Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- ** Confidentiality**: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

- ** Support**: Provide excellent support to senior management and ensure their needs are met.
- ** Event Coordination**: Successfully organize and coordinate special events and functions.

- ** Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- ** Resource Management**: Ensure efficient management of office supplies and resources.
- ** Stakeholder Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a luxury hotel or game lodge setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
