Handle all incoming calls and route them promptly.
- Greet visitors and announce them.
- Responsible for the neatness of the working environment at all times.
- Operates a desktop computer using MS Office Programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Assist with Test Kitchen administration and cleanliness.
- Produce standard reports if required.
- Manage the admin budget of the team.
- Perform routine clerical and filing work.
- Book venues for training / functions /meetings.
- Ensure venues / equipment availability and set up correctly.
- Assist with research and projects in the department.
- Responsible for collating and binding of documents in the department.
- Arrange for refreshments when so required
- Assist with capturing of PO's
- A minimum of Grade 12
- A prior Office Administration certificate/diploma will be an added advantage
- Previous computer training or at least 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
- Ability to multitask and assist and prioritise different tasks at the same time
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate well and show diplomacy.
