Office Assistant/administrator

**Job description**
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and trustworthy individual to join our team.
The individual will be responsible for various Admin duties including booking Travelling and Accommodation, fleet management and assisting with daily admin and filing.
**Core duties and responsibilities**
- Reporting to senior manager and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Booking accommodation and making travelling arrangements, flights, car hire etc.
- Uniforms; manage stock levels, issuing of new uniforms and returning of old uniforms.
- Must have extensive MS Excel reporting experience/ knowledge.
- Do a monthly fuel report for all regions, order new petrol cards, cancellation of old petrol cards and doing fuel claims.
- Dealing with mobile network service provider (Vodacom): Update SDR report every month doing sim swops, loading data, doing upgrades or get new lines where needed, order extra sim cards.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Managing and updating the newsletter of the company.
- Booking a birthday lunch at the end of each month and ordering lunch for employees in training.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties that may be assigned to you relating to your function.

**Required Experience**
- Grade 12
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant/ administrator
- Dealing with travelling and accommodation (Advantage)
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, and Excel
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
**You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, be a team player and passionate about service delivery.**
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed in the interview.
