Office Administrator

Required is an experienced Administrative Manager responsible for coordinating an organization’s administrative system and general work-flows.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating administrative procedures and systems.
- Data Capturing using MS Excel.
- Ensuring smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing new materials with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Organizing and supervising other daily office activities.
- Maintaining a proper filing system as well as maintenance of staff files
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of staff
- Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keeping abreast of organizational changes and business developments.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administration assistant/ manager. (At least 3 years experience in an administrative position)
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Familiarity with data capturing
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly excel
- Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tertiary qualification in Administration, H.R or Business Management
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
