Front Office Coordinator

African Energy SA is bassed in central Sandton and are recruiting a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis to perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at reception.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person
and office. Answer, screen, and correctly forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information whether in person or via telephone. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook). Perform other office duties when required. Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication
skills. A Customer service attitude
Integrity, Friendly and approachable
Qualifications and work experience Grade 12
3 -4 years'experience as a Receptionist or Front office assistant.
Multitasking and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
Must be able to speak speak English fluently.

**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
