Position: Front Office Manager

Place of Work: Hyatt House Sandton Hotel Division: Operations

Responsible To: Cluster Hotel Manager

**Scope and General Purpose of the Job**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Operations**
- Oversee daily operation of the front office desk, including guest check-in/check
- out, room reservation and guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate front office staff to ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk.
- Implement and monitor office budget and expenses.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in front office operations and hospitality technology.
- Promptly handle, follow up and secure any lead received by the events or reservations department.
