**Role Overview**: As the Hotel Front Office Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, managing guest inquiries and concerns, and providing support and leadership to the front office team. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
- Foster a guest-centric culture by providing personalized service and addressing guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead and motivate the front office team, conducting training sessions to enhance guest service skills and overall performance.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and a consistent guest experience throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues diplomatically, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning related to the front office operations.
- Conduct regular audits of guest accounts and billing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and team members.
- Monitor room availability and reservations to optimize room revenue and occupancy.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in a front office management role within a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
