We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant for an Interior Design company based in
DURBANVILLE. This role involves working closely with the senior designer, handling various tasks to streamline their design projects from client consultations and generating quotations to coordinate projects.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a support role.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team, while playing a crucial role in the overall success of their organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive quotes and proposals for design projects on Xero|Excel
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee the selection, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and finishes.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and source highquality design materials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years' experience in a administrative / project assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Must be in excellent health
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite i.e MS Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Extensive knowledge in
    Xero Accounting is a strong requirement

Benefits:
