Our client is looking for an Administration/Personal Assistant to join their team.
The position will start out as a half day position with the possibility off changing to a full day position depending on the workload.
Responsibilities:
- Updating daily and promoting our social media pages
Very Important:
- Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping functions and knowledge of computerbased accounting systems.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and processing orders.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Organising Promo's and events.
- Arranging deliveries to clients and accurate stock control.
- Taking minutes at meetings.
- Knowledge of computers and operating systems.
- Updating computer records using a database.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Ordering raw materials and packaging material.
- Maintaining office systems.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g., finance, HR, Sales
- Sage Payroll system.
Advantages:
- Knowledge of the workings of the PnP portal will be an advantage, but training will be given on the system.
Half day - 8h00 to 13h30 Monday to Friday
To start as soon as possible
**Salary: R 8000 CTC per month
