Our client is looking for an Administration/Personal Assistant to join their team.

The position will start out as a half day position with the possibility off changing to a full day position depending on the workload.


Responsibilities:

  • Updating daily and promoting our social media pages

Very Important:

  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping functions and knowledge of computerbased accounting systems.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and processing orders.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Organising Promo's and events.
  • Arranging deliveries to clients and accurate stock control.
  • Taking minutes at meetings.
  • Knowledge of computers and operating systems.
  • Updating computer records using a database.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Ordering raw materials and packaging material.
  • Maintaining office systems.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g., finance, HR, Sales
  • Sage Payroll system.

Advantages:

  • Knowledge of the workings of the PnP portal will be an advantage, but training will be given on the system.

Half day - 8h00 to 13h30 Monday to Friday

To start as soon as possible
**Salary: R 8000 CTC per month
