**Your responsibilities**:
**Interested in following business, tech, and market trends, covering everything from business strategy, product innovation, and consumer behavior?**: This is a unique opportunity to produce content that is both digestible and actionable to lead top-performing organizations into the future. We are looking for individuals who are curious creative storytellers to bring diverse perspectives, inclusive thinking, and highly specialized vertical market intelligence to drive growth for our clients.
Working together with a global team you will package insights into readable, visually engaging, and understandable research to provide insight into the technologies, business models, competitors, and market trends of tomorrow.
You will be joining the newly established team in the Cape Town office, working directly with management and fellow strategists in the core team, and remotely with our Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Research and Trends teams internationally.
Prior agency experience is essential for this role. Applicants should have worked at a research, brand, or innovation agency, demonstrating high-level strategic leadership that has expanded business reach and positively influenced success metrics.

What you will do**:
**Partner and Collaborate |**:
- Plan projects and processes together with research and marketing functions by developing 12-month strategic content plans to support business development initiatives effectively and grow the business.
- Work closely with the internationally distributed Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Research, and Trends (SMART) teams to support strategic initiatives and drive key performance metrics.
**Lead Research and Analysis |**:
- Lead and conduct research to track and analyze the momentum of consumer sentiment, technology, startups, and companies, as well as investments to identify weak signals and key trends.
- Develop forward-looking scenarios and evaluate the business impact of various critical initiatives (e.g., new business models, innovations, partnerships, investments, acquisitions, etc.).
- Draw insights that offer strategic rigor and direct our clients to innovation and growth opportunities.
**Conceptualize and Create Content |**:
- Develop taxonomies, models, information hierarchies, architectures, audits, inventories, governance models that create detailed consistency across all content creation streams.
- Create outstanding, cohesive, and connected content experiences that feed and drive the user journey across projects and platforms.
- Write insight
- and data-driven research and reports that propel readers to take action, influence the Return on Innovation Investment, and impact the bottom line.
**Deliver Insights and Drive Interest |**:
- Report on relevant trends and technologies with a clear point-of-view, approach, and framework that guides effective strategy and builds innovation capability.
- Bring data and insight to life through blogs, reports, whitepapers, podcasts, and webinars in order to inspire our clients to create fresh, rigorous, and compelling business strategies and solutions.
- Interact regularly with senior leaders at globally recognized organizations to help them tackle their toughest challenges and realize their business growth potential.
