Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a **Assistant** **Front Office Manager** to join a vibrant team at a renowned hotel If you're passionate about guest service excellence and ready to lead, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take charge of Front Office operations while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire the Front Office and Guest Service teams.
- Oversee administration, human resources, and service excellence.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to optimize hotel operations.
- Assist the General Manager in driving occupancy rates, boosting revenue, and upholding safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints and implement solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Train and coach staff, fostering their growth and development.
**Requirements**:
- ** Grade 12** (NQF Level 4).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook**.
- Experience with **Opera** (Hotel Management Software).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in **Hospitality Management**.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Mastery of **Front Office** and **Guest Services** operations.
- Strong knowledge of **Human Resource** management and legislation.
- Proficient in guest profiling and **up-selling techniques**.
- Excellent at managing and developing staff.
- Financially savvy, with experience in **budget management** and **stock control**.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
