A well-established short term insurance company is seeking to appoint an Executive Personal Assistant

The role will entail working closely with directorial staff and team members to provide administrative or clerical support necessary to run the organisation effectively. Functions will include dealing with incoming communication and managing the process of addressing relevant matters, arranging and attending meetings and assisting in preparation for such, managing diaries of the directorial staff and arranging the necessary appointments as well as producing documents, reports and presentations as required.

**Qualification, Experience and Skills required**:

- Office Administration/ Secretarial Diploma or related qualification
- Min Experience - 5 to 10 years, supporting C-Level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent admin skills
- Team player
- Prioritiser
- Able to type up documents from a Dictaphone
- Able to take shorthand
- Proficient in all aspects of Power Point, Excel, MS Word, Graphs/Presentations
- Effective and punctual service delivery.
