**Executive PA/Virtual Assistant**

We are looking for an organized and professional executive PA/Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with, and for the company from a remote position, based in Durban, KZN. The hiring company is a Block Management/Property Management company based in the UK.

The employer is based in the UK, and the Executive PA/Virtual Assistant and team will be based in Durban.

The virtual assistant's responsibilities will include managing a small team, who are also based in Durban, recruitment, admin and some HR duties.

To be successful as a virtual assistant you must have a reliable internet connection, with backup power, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Virtual Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings with clients.
- Recruitment and interviewing possible new employees.
- Managing a small Durban-based team.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the UK employer and Durban base.
- HR duties
- Strategizing with UK employer and identifying needs and requirements for Durban base.
- Issue invoices to clients.

**Virtual Assistant Requirements**:

- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an executive PA/virtual assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized.
- Experience within recruitment and HR sector highly desirable.
- Reliable internet connection and backup power.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month
