**Front Desk Administrator**
We are seeking the services of a Front Desk Administrator that fits the below criteria best.
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Deal with clients’ requests
- Direct visitors to appropriate person and office
- Complete procedures when clients arrive and leave
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary
- stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic information to clients
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Ensure that couriers are booked
- Create invoices and ensure payment
- Ensure the suppliers are paid on time
- Updating the sales consultants commission structure daily
- Ensure continuous updates regarding couriers
- Provide daily reports regarding the consultant’s feedbacks on clients
- Adhere to request from line managers, managers, and directors
- Nexion, Quick Books*

- Minute Taking
**Qualifications**:
- Matric Certificate
- Proven Administrative Experience Record
- Administration Certificate/Training
**Skills and Inherent Requirements**
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Good Communication Skills & Presentation Skills
- Good Administration Skills
- Well Organized, Assertive, Punctual
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Presentable to act as the 1st point of contact
