We value long-standing relationships in our market and work closely with our customers and suppliers to provide trusted products and customer service.
**Role overview**:
We are looking for a Customer Specialist / Sales Administrator with work experience in telesales and/or customer service, to join our Sales Team situated in Saxenburg Park 2, Blackheath, Cape Town.
The Customer Specialists in our team are tasked with providing customers with excellent service and support from our offices in collaboration with Sales Representatives in the field. The role will require the handling of customer orders and queries, contacting new and existing customers for orders, marketing, products and brands to customers, analysing customer data and developing customer solutions, and performing associated administrative tasks. The role will be focused on sales through E-commerce platforms and customers with physical stores.
**Desired experience and qualifications**:
- Matric qualification (required)
- Work experience in customer service or telesales (minimum 3 years required)
- B2B experience in agribusinesses, hardware and/or wholesale industries (desired)
- Ecommerce sales on online marketplaces (e.g. Takealot, Makro) (desired)
**Skills required**:
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
**Duties & responsibilities**:
- Capture and process customer orders and returns
- Call customers for new orders and follow-ups on existing orders
- Market and promote new and targeted products
- Provide excellent client service through clear and consistent communication
- Analyse sales reports and customer data to identify opportunities and drive sales actions
- Manage and build relationships with customers in co-operations with Sales Representatives
- E-commerce sales administration and online product representation
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
