Our client is a **manufacturing company** in **Blackheath, Cape Town** producing products for national and international markets. They are looking for an **Office and Sales Support Lead **to join their team as soon as possible.

**Job Overview**
- The **Office and Sales Support Lead** is tasked with managing the company’s day-to-day **Office Processes** including **Sales and Marketing**, to ensure tasks are executed timeously, accurately and in line with our **Standard Process Management procedures**, thus ensuring the continuous success of the company.
- The position also plays an important role to ensure smooth integration between the **office and the factory**.
- The position includes a **supervisory role** in the Office.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

Finances
- Management of all day-to-day financial activities on QuickBooks
- Creditors/Debtors Management
- Banking
- Reporting
Procurement
- Management of Procurement activities in line with the Procurement Process to ensure office/ factory activities can continue with little or no delays.
- Procurement to be inline with best quality at best price.
- Support GM in Maintaining sound relationships with key suppliers to ensure we receive best service levels.
Human Resources
- Management of Payroll
- Actively support the GM in all Human Resources Activities including but not limited to, Recruitment, Performance Reviews, Staff Training, Disciplinary Actions, and continuous implementation of the company Values.
- Staff Functions
In-House Process Management
- Management of all current in-house Processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Generation and implementation with the support of the GM of all new processes as well as provide training to relevant employees.
Facilities Management
- Day-to-day management of the Office.
- Housekeeping Management (Office, Boardroom and Canteen).
- Refreshments Management for Employees and Guests.
- IT/Automation, Maintain relationship with external Service Providers. Ensure all IT/Automation is in good working order and upgraded as and when needed.
Sales & Marketing
- Ensuring company Website is always up to date with new and relevant materials. Assist with generation of content and reporting of website statistics.
- Improving and maintaining online presence via suitable channels.
- Brand Management for all company requirements.
- Actively identify new leads for sales generation as well as oversee process and actively report on progress.
- Maintaining current customer database to ensure data is accurate.
- Support GM in implementing price changes as and when its required.
- Trade Fairs/Seminars/Exhibitions
- Assist with any Tenders/Proposal documents.
Customer Service
- Support of the day-to-day customer related activities to ensure best service and support to current and new customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Support GM Key Customer Portfolio Management
Governance / Compliance
- Generation of Monthly/ Bi-monthly/Bi-Annual Sars Submissions (EMP201, EMP501, VAT 201).
- Generation Annual Return of Earnings Submissions.
- Required Licenses (Company Vehicle, Staff Forklift etc.).
General Administration
- Meeting Minutes
- Correspondence
- Staff Communications
- Subscriptions
- Insurance Administration
People Management
- Act as a role model and supervise office staff to ensure that the company’s values and safety protocols are always adhered to.
- Display strong team working skills with colleagues and management.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
- Previous experience in Office Administrative Management. Knowledge of QuickBooks a bonus.
- Previous experience in Sales / Marketing Environment.
- Strong and integer personality with extreme attention to detail who enjoys taking a systematic approach to tasks.
- A doer attitude who enjoys the buzz of a busy working environment, who is willing to go the extra mile.
- High self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Proven leadership and teamworking skills.
- Professional and service orientated demeaner.
- Valid driver’s license and own car essential..
This position is based in office and **normal working hours** are from 08h00 to 17H00 Friday.
- **Weekend work** and night shifts maybe required as part of the job as when needed
