A well-established chemical manufacturing company in Blackheath, Cape Town is recruiting for a Data Management and General Admin Clerk in their laboratory.

**Requirements**:
Matric

English and Afrikaans

Ability to work independent

Computer literate

3 years admin experience

Fast learner

The main function of this position is to update and maintain information on computer systems, active files and in archives. The job also entails general office and administrative duties.

The incumbent will analyze re-order reports, enter data information in a computer software and process a volume of printed documents. Some basic mathematical calculations are required to fulfil this function. Monthly production reports and charts (using MS Word and/or Excel) will be produced.

The employee will also assist in the administration of an ISO 9001 quality management system and previous experience in this regard would be advantageous. Other general admin duties will be performed as required.

**Experience**:
