**Job Title**: Employee Relations Specialist
**Location**: Dalbridge, Durban
**Salary**: R30,000 - R35,000 PM
We are seeking a highly skilled **Employee Relations Specialist** to join our team in Dalbridge, Durban. This role will involve close collaboration with the Outsourced Labour Consultant, Employers Organisation, Payroll Department, and the Department of Labour, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR administration function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with Operations regarding I.R. concerns and assist in drafting charges.
- Work with SEESA on I.R. matters including disciplinary enquiries, consultations, audits, and training.
- Ensure timely receipt of disciplinary outcomes from SEESA and communicate results to Operations.
- Oversee the issuance of sanctions and schedule preparation sessions for initiators.
- Train and guide initiators on presenting cases during disciplinary hearings.
- Keep the CEO informed of all CCMA cases and ensure thorough preparation for hearings.
- Regularly update trackers for warnings, disciplinary enquiries, and CCMA cases.
- Assist with the drafting of warnings for the operations department when needed.
- Coordinate and, if necessary, initiate incapacity enquiries related to performance or ill health.
- Ensure timely responses to labour audits and inform the CEO of relevant audits, including those related to the National Minimum Wage.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in employee relations and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and CCMA processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Pay: R30 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
