Lead Generation Contact Centre Consultants

We are seeking Lead Generation Contact Centre Consultants to generate leads for our clients, prominent financial services brands in the insurance sector. Effective communication skills are crucial for this role.

**What Does a Financial services Leads Generator Do?**
A leads generator is a person who speaks to a potential client, generates interest and passes the lead through to one of our clients. This is the marketing of products and not sales. A lead generator provides a valuable service in enhancing and protecting people’s lives.
**Responsibilities**
Speak to potential clients and generates interest
Ensure that the person qualifies for the product offered;
Updates the system with the call outcome; Update information as may be required from time to time; Ensure that the quality of the lead meets the company standard; Uphold the company policies and procedures; Live our core values Protect the company, our clients and the brand at all times

**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills.

- Positive attitude and self-discipline.
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- At least one year of experience as a call center agent.
