CallForce is a leading BPO service provider offering innovative contact centre solutions globally. We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Contact Centre Administrator to join our team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize dialler performance by maintaining and updating calling lists.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure optimal campaign execution and reporting.
  • Monitor dialler performance and implement real-time adjustments to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Dialler specific Data.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any dialer-related issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a contact centre environment.

Familiarity with IT/Dialer systems.

Ability to work night shifts (4pm – 4am) with flexibility for potential adjustments.

Competencies:

  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to read data.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
