- Maintain employee and department directories, helping visitors and staff navigate the office.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent command of English, with active listening and communication skills.
- Matric qualification and a valid RSA ID required.
- Previous experience in a professional office setting is a plus
