Hiring: Curiska is seeking a Head Office Operations Manager to oversee efficient operations at our Head Office in Woodmead.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining office systems at the Head Office.
- Managing procurement of groceries, stationery, and equipment.
- Ensuring procurement processes align with organizational policies.
- Supervising reception, cleaning, and logistics staff.
- Assisting in employee recruitment and onboarding.
- Managing IT assets and resolving IT issues with service providers.
- Coordinating events, workshops, and conferences.
- Handling logistics and bookings for flights, shuttles, and accommodations.
- Administering the office budget and liaising on project budgets with Finance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree, diploma, or equivalent in Business, Administration, or Project Management.
- Minimum four years' experience in a comparable role.
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with knowledge of local languages preferred.
