Providing feedback on web queries within the specified timeframes

Co-ordinating internal and external interviews and assessments with all relevant stakeholders

Co-ordinating performance discussions with internal stakeholders

Preparing interview packs for panels as required

Filing and ad hoc administration

Maintaining HR records by updating and communicating new appointments, transfers, terminations,changes in job titles

Maintaining employment records, updating internal databases

Collating on-boarding documents for new hires

Processing invoices

Co-ordinating and facilitating assessments and biometric checks

Qualification

HR / Secretarial diploma

Experience

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role

Experience within a professional services firm will be advantageous

**Skills**:
Excellent administration and organization skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of HR benefits administration i.e. Medical Aid, UIF, Provident Fund, etc. will beadvantageous

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time

Between 3 - 5 Years
