**The Role**
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Advanced proficiency in database management and HR Systems
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, on boarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
**Key Accountabilities** Recruitment Administration**:

- Assisting with initial applicant screening
- Following up during the recruitment process, and updating employee records
- Process background checks and conduct references
- Assist with new hire on boarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
- Maintain all HR and recruitment documentation
**HR Reporting**:

- Month Equity Reports
- Headcount reports
- Absenteeism
- IR Reporting (maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions) ** HR System Administration**:
- Maintain the HR and AT System and by-systems (Accsys, Oracle, Lumesse Talent Link)
- Maintain the databases, ensuring data integrity, and running queries
- Record and securely store and update employee on-boarding and employee performance data
- Assist with capturing and updating certain payroll administration, including on-boarding and termination of service, when required

- Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

- Must have own transport
- Must have a diverse personality and can communicate professionally with members on all levels

- Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric)
- HR related qualification will be highly advantageous
