Office Administrator / Helpdesk Administrator role has become available in the Northern Suburbs.

**Requirements**:
Qualification: Matric
Based: Cape Town ( Northern Suburbs) must be based here.
Minimum of 2 years' experience

**Duties**:

- Call logging process on (Auto Task)
- Distribute tickets to engineers and technicians.
- Assist with fieldwork as requested by engineers.
- Maintains log of all worked preformed and processed
- Manage client retainer and tickets
- Validations of engineer travel claims
- Prepare quotes for technical
- Keep record of project hours

Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows OS
- Good knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Network copiers
