**Your Role...**

As our Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your role will focus on understanding client needs, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions, and ultimately, securing client success. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure our clients are fully engaged and getting the most out of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status and provide timely updates to the internal team.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets).
- **Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
