You'll connect with them, troubleshoot their problems, and find new ways to help their practices thrive. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting bonds with clients, becoming the go-to guide for their journey with us.
- Problem Solver: Tackle client challenges with a blend of expertise and innovation.
- Revenue Enhancer: Use your insight to identify opportunities that benefit both the client and DentistFind.
- Client Advocate: Convey client feedback to our team, shaping our services to their needs.
- Process Efficiency: Streamline client onboarding, ensuring a smooth sail from the get-go.
- Client Educator: Empower clients with knowledge about our services, making complexity understandable.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience: You've been in a client-facing role for a while now, haven’t you? (Think 5+ years.)
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRM software and understand the digital space like the back of your hand, right?
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear, concise, and compelling, your communication style fosters great relationships.
- Decision Maker: You don’t just make decisions, you make the right decisions, promptly and with confidence.
- Continuous Learner: The quest for knowledge drives you - it’s a journey, not a destination for you.

- Project Management Prowess: If you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, we're excited.

**Additional information**
Set-up: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday, for 7.5 Flexible working hours between 6am-6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
