Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit Digital Platform Solutions Department Applications Solutions - SAP CoE Reports To Executive: Solutions Architect (SAP) Core Description
- Participate and collaborate with the business users and functional team in the gathering of user requirements and specifications.
- Analyse technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical design.
- Participate in the technical and project documentation
- Respond to incidents/requests and log queries onto the system. Analyse and resolve technical queries, within the service level agreements.
- Follow up on resolutions of queries logged, escalating queries for resolution to the immediate supervisor and/or vendors, as and when required.
- Provide SAP software support to resolve problems (e.g. poor performance) and faults (e.g. system failure).
- Ensure that all potential risks that may impact on the performance and success of the department are identified, escalated and mitigated
- Create re-usable solution, process or work product (Technical/Non-Technical) that can save time, efforts and eliminate errors of self/others.
- Knowledge dissemination. (e.g.: Conduct Technical/domain training to enhance skills of team members)
- Ensure personal billable hours meet agreed target ranges
- Submit timesheet in time according to BCX policies and procedures.
Or 5 years’ experience of overall SAP development experience. Certifications SAP Certified Application Associate Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Special Requirements / Employment Condition Valid Drivers license Prepared to Travel and Engage with clients direct. Workplace / Physical Requirements Hybrid Remote Worker Billable Client Roaming
