HR Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. - Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Communicate with public services when necessary
**Required skills/abilities**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Required education and experience**
- Minimum requirement an HR tertiary qualification
- Payroll experience will be advantageous
- At least 2 years prior related HR/office experience preferred.
