**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Welcome and direct clients
- Manage the switchboard by screening all calls and redirecting accordingly
- Petty cash administration
- Manage the telephone system
- Courier packages
- Ensure that all printing machines are maintained
- Register all employees on the biometric system.
- Manage company vehicles bookings
- Typing of wills and testaments
- General/Adhoc admin duties

**Minimum requirement**:

- Matric
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience in the Finance industry (Advantageous)

- Good administrative skills
