To be hostess to incoming clientele and traffic as well switchboard operator whilst maintaining office supportive role to the rest of the organization. This role requires an exceptionally confident communicator coupled with solid administration, frontline and switchboard skills. A presence at reception ensuring clients are comfortable, welcomed and well looked after.
- Hostess to incoming clientele and traffic at front door and desk
- Be internal point of contact to clientele analysing their visit and escorting them to applicable boardroom offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort
- Answer switchboard, collate faxes and delivery of documents to respective parties
- Typing up of courier documents and ensuring delivery via all modes of delivery with zero % error rating
- Ordering stationery and consumables
- Ensuring boardrooms are clean, available and stocked up at all times
- Requesting of payments from accounts
- Filing, faxing and general admin and typing duties
- Distributing incoming mail from PO Box address and warehouse
- Adhoc HR assistance as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Mature individual who worked at a reception desk for 3-5 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
