Front Office Ambassador

**6-MONTH SEASONAL CONTRACT**
We are looking to recruit a **Front Office Ambassador **who sees to the complete guest journey from arrival at the front entrance, parking cars, check in and rooming guests, assisting guests during their stay, preparing guest accounts, assisting with payments, assisting guests on departure and bidding them farewell.
**APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Completed Hospitality-related Tertiary Qualification
- Experience as a Front Office receptionist gained at a high end establishment
- Work various shifts
- Work across multiple functions (luggage handling, drive, reception etc.)
- Driver’s license
- Computer Literate - MS Office & Opera previous relevant experience at 4* establishment
**KPA’S**
- Answering phones
- Attend to face-to-face guest queries
- Reservations.
- Maintain records
- Create & keep a filing system
- Check in’s / Check out’s
- Receiving payments room accounts
- Ensuring guests have had a pleasant stay and accompany guests to the Port Cochere’ to bid them farewell.
Competitve market related salary on offer
