**Purpose**

Provide assistance with Talent Acquisition within the company, following of processes and procedures in this regard. Ensure that a high-quality organised environment is created and maintained.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- HR Document Management_

HR Document Management

(Ensure relevant HR documentation adheres to requirements):

- Talent Acquisition documentation
- IR documentation
- Performance Management documentation
- Talent Acquisition_
- Recruitment Preparation: _
- Assistance and adherence to process and procedures within deadlines:

- Assist with adverts
- Shortlisting CV’s
- Recruitment Administration: _
- Update and record recruitment admin on HR Drive
- Recruitment Processing
- ITC Check arrangements
- Recruitment Interview: _
- Booking of venues
- Assist with the interview processes by ensuring that interview packs are ready for interviews (CV, questions, schedules, matrixes)
- Assisting with conducting of interviews
- Compiling interview matrixes
- Recruitment Assessment: _
- IR_
- IR Admin: _
- Compiling counselling forms, charge sheets, notifications and outcome documentation
- Setup of IR sessions (booking venues)
- Minute taking of proceedings
- Investigating cases and providing documentation
- Compiling IR packs
- Filing and scanning of all documentation
- IR Proceedings:

- Assist with delivery of IR documentation
- Assist with Counselling sessions
- Assist with IR Hearings
- Assist with Poor Performance Sessions
- EE Admin_
- Ensure legislative compliance to EE Act
- EE Data Collection
- Assistance with annual EE reporting to Department of Labour
- Performance Management_
- Ensure ease of performance measurement and maintain document management of the process
- Edit and QA of performance templates
- System management of performance process
- Import new and amended performance template
- Ensure the JD is linked to the organogram
- Facilitate document management process of performance management
- Deal with general enquiries regarding performance management system
- Administration_
- Loading recruitment instances and ensuring that the electronic process is followed accurately
- Ensure all approvals are attained
- Tracking workflows to ensure that they reach payroll timeously
- Autotask_
- Ensure service delivery to HR client base
- Answering all HR and IR related queries

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Grade 12
- Degree in HR
- Post Graduate Degree in Business or HR advantageous
- 3 - 5 years HR related work experience with proven experience in talent acquisition
- 1 - 2 years IR Experience advantageous
- Advantageous Knowledge of: _
