Job Title: VIP HR/Payroll Administrator

Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP HR/Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll functions, including payroll management, HR administration, compliance, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all leave forms and VIP input is accurate.
  • Review and record accurate time management.
  • Obtain all necessary approvals prior to processing.
  • Ensure payroll compliance in terms of MEIBC Main Agreement.
  • Provide accurate reporting and update reports for wage costings, absenteeism, and overtime.
  • Complete monthly reports within 24 hours of the last wage process for the month.
  • Ensure 3rd party payments are accurate and keep wage costings report up to date.
  • Verify that finance month end summary sheet balances with weekly wages paid for the month.
  • Process terminations in the week following termination and complete relevant documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Matriculation: Must have a matric certificate.
  • Relevant Qualification: VIP/Payroll related qualification.
  • Preferable: HR related 3-year qualification.
