HR Payroll Administrator

A well known, well established national hardware retailer is looking to employ a HR Payroll Administrator to join their Head Office in Durban North.
- 4+ years’ experience, with specific exposure to a Payroll system.
- Exposure to an internal Employee Self Service type system would be a big advantage.
- Doesn’t necessarily have to have a Degree or a Diploma, but associated short courses will be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident demeanour and friendly disposition.
- Well organised and structured in approach.
- Detail orientated and Deadline driven.
- Fast learner who can adapt easily to internal systems.
- Adhere to and respect confidentiality of the HR Department.
The position will require the successful person to attend to the following tasks:
- Fortnightly Payroll;
- Leave Management;
- General HR tasks, ie - filing etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to R8 500,00 per month
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Payroll admin: 4 years (preferred)
