- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Relevant Diploma or Degree Relevant HR Generalist experience (1-3 years) Relevant experience in HR systems and processes. Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle. The incumbent must have an understanding and knowledge of all the various aspects of the HR discipline to ensure he/she is successful and able to operate in the HR environment.
