Managing and maintaining employee records during the full life cycle from employment to exit. Maintain the data integrity of employee records on the HR system and ensure compliance to the POPI Act with regards to personal information.
**What you will love doing in this role**
- Obtain new starter documentation and uploading all documentation onto the HR System
- Engage with all departments i.e ICT, Facilities, line on access, assets, and workstation requirements for new starters
- Prepare contracts where required
- Provide admin support to employees with day-to-day queries which is not obtainable via ESS
- Manage data integrity of all employee records and compliance to the POPI Act and ensure archiving for records a managed.
- Manage any uploading of records to the system
- Manage the exit process of terminations and provide terminated employees with relevant documentation
- Work closely with talent acquisition, the HRBP’s and payroll with regards to employee information to ensure accurate date is loaded and salary payments are made
- Ensure job titles and grading of employees are aligned to signed of department structures
- Conduct regular data Integrity audits
- Assist with additional ad hoc project administration in the HR departments

**What you'll need to do this role**
- Human Resources Diploma or working toward a relevant qualification
- 1 - 3 years + relevant experience
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience in Sage advantages
