Office Administrator

Office Administrator required for established business in the Southern Suburbs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling Reception duties including welcoming visitors and clients, offering them refreshments, attending to phone calls, couriers and post services.
- Managing meeting rooms - booking thereof, ensuring that they are kept neat and tidy, and that the required IT equipment is in working order.
- Overseeing the company's phone and IT systems as well as the office facilities.
- Liaising with third party service providers with regards to any maintenance and/or housekeeping.
- Ordering of office supplies and overseeing cleaning staff.
- Handling the administration of Health & Safety requirements for the office.
- General HR and financial administrative duties as and when required.
- Loading payments and credit card receipts.
- Record keeping and maintenance of the Store Room.
- Assisting with staff support and administration including the onboarding of new staff members, arranging social events and activities.
**Requirements**:
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and client service skills
- Computer literate - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
- Team player
