An exciting position for a strong Payroll Administrator who can work in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This role is in the Retail/Manufacturing space. Great stable team and the company is solid and secure.

**Requirements**:

- Matric with minimum of 5 years working experience within Payroll.
- Experience with VIP system and EXCEL
- Experience with large wages - weekly and monthly salaries
- Bargaining Council experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player with strong abilities to manage small team

**Duties**:

- Time and Attendance management
- Capture leave records on time and attendance systems and ensures that marries up with VIP system
- Follow all Bargaining council rules and linking of transactions on payroll systems per individuals
- Full Payroll Administration on VIP Classic
- Wages and Salaries
- Manage overtime, allowances, leave and performance bonus, shift allowance reimburse travel approved by managers and input on payroll
- Prepare payroll pack for auditing purposes
- Submit pay run to Payroll Supervisor
- Prepare and submit EFT's and requisitions for final authorization and approval
- Payslips
- Develop processes and procedures to standardize payroll processing accross the Division and assist with implementation and training
- Employee documentation
- Month end processing
- Managing all payroll reports, timesheets, individual attendance and other related documentation
- Weekly overtime reports in accordance with the Collective Agreement overtime allowance and/or exemption as advised by HR
- Issue IRP5 certificates
- Holiday and provident fund bonus statement
- Export and convert to Excel spreadsheet
- BEE Reports
- Medical Aid administration
- Staff loans administration
- Reconciliation

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R28 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
