As their HR Generalist, you’ll be at the epicentre of nurturing their workforce’s growth and happiness. Picture yourself managing the HR department - from designing and implementing policies that foster fairness and success to orchestrating programs that empower a talented team.

You’ll steer the ship when it comes to recruitment - identifying, attracting, and welcoming new talent into the family. You’ll ensure new team members embark on their journey with clarity and excitement during the onboarding process, and you’ll keep HR documentation and administration streamlined and in meticulous order. You’ll ensure everyone enjoys the fruits of their labour by management payroll and benefits, and keep a close eye on time and attendance to ensure harmony in the work rhythm.

If you have an HR degree or equivalent qualification, 3 - 5 years of hands-on HR expertise, particularly within the manufacturing sector, an a solid grasp of HR policies, procedures, and the intricacies of South African labour laws, we want to hear from you
