Concur Senior Solution Sales Executive

Provide support to the HHS Home Office's risk management team including administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
Facilitate the collection of risk-related data and information from multiple sources and organize it into custom reports for management as needed.
Responsibilities- Collect data from multiple sources
- Track and follow-up on requests to/from multiple parties to ensure timely information exchange
- Organize and transform information into comprehensible Excel reports for management
- Track data to identify trends
- Process administrative reports, including expense reports and internal reports
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned
- Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good team player, with both coworkers in the office and those in operations
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Fundamental computer skills including Microsoft Office and similar programs
- Ability to effectively engage with customers using proper telephone etiquette
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; willingness to train to a higher level
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Suite
