  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector. With an emphasis for contract logistics / warehousing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with pricing for warehousing and/or freight forwarding.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase our services, being contract logistics, freight forwarding and road including final mile solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes to senior management, including pipeline management reporting.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote company services.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with business development objectives

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Proven experience in business development or huntersales within the shipping or logistics industry (2+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of Sales, Hunting for new business, logistics operations and supply chain processes.
