As a Senior New Business Sales Executive at Freightmore, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the freight and logistics industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new business through cold calling and conducting progress visits to potential clients
  • Preparing and presenting business proposals to secure new contracts
  • Conducting follow-ups on client proposals submitted and monitoring all client applications submitted for approval
  • Building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with clients and staff
  • Developing, monitoring, and maintaining client information systems and procedures

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Freight and logistics industry experience is compulsory
  • Sales experience of at least 3 years within the industry is compulsory
  • Tertiary education in marketing and sales related fields
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Solid team player
  • Able to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and over the telephone with individuals and various organizations
