Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for the automotive industry ? Our client, a well-established OEM/dealership network , is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive new vehicle sales and support dealership teams in achieving their targets.

About the Role:

As the Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance across multiple dealerships , developing data-driven sales strategies, and coaching sales teams to maximize results. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive market .

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and improvement areas.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Provide training, coaching, and support to dealership sales teams.
Conduct regular dealership visits to review performance and align sales objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Design and manage sales incentive programs to boost performance.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences .

What Were Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience & Skills:

  • 5-8 years in automotive sales management (OEM or dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance management tools .
