Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of marketing and sales, with a focus on ensuring commercial objectives are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing divisional sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyzing regional sales data, competitor trends, and market share metrics to develop action plans that maximize sales potential
  • Managing resources, including budget allocation, stock management, time optimization, and sales tool utilization
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand loyalty and advocacy
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Medical and/or Sciences degree
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager is highly desirable
