Personal Assistant

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Calendar Management
- Setting up, confirming and managing meetings
- Administrative tasks
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate project-based work when required
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Evaluate company documents
- Interact with external partners and manage professional relationships on behalf of the executive
- Liaise and team with key support staff and Directors to ensure that all tasks are completed within required deadlines.
- Personal Arrangements such as medical appointments, client meetings, transport, travelling, exams, events.
- Ad hoc duties
- Experience as an Executive Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and perform autonomously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills is of importance.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and be proactive.
- Ability to cope under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available and flexible to work overtime as and when required after hours and Public Holidays,
- Willing to assist occasionally on weekends in urgent situations.
- Available to work a 810-hour shift for the day- to attend to any queries as requested by Directors.
- Own transportation will be advantageous.
- MBA or LLB Degree
- Experience in the Finance/Fintech industry Advantageous
