The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients. Youll be the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring their clearing and forwarding needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key global clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end clearing and forwarding process, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client shipments and problem resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the existing client base and develop strategies to maximize value.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing tailored logistics solutions and superior service.
  • Meet and exceed sales and account retention targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Key Account Management within the clearing and forwarding industry.
  • Deep knowledge of customs, international trade, and freight forwarding processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a high-pressure environment.
  • A client-centric approach with a focus on developing lasting business relationships.
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business would be beneficial.
  • Experience in operations is an added advantage.
