Job Description:
- As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for clients. You will work closely with the E-Commerce and Fulfilment Manager, collaborating with both the customer service and sales/fulfilment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer’s inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Deliver responsive and high-quality service that meets our standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Ensure commitments are kept and that customer interactions are always handled with integrity.
- Strive to enhance the customer service experience, fostering positive word-of-mouth from happy customers.
- Work alongside your colleagues to maintain an organised, cohesive, and high-performing customer service team.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
