Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally;
  • Providing accurate product information and recommendations to meet customer needs;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by International Brand;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Previous retail experience is an asset;
  • Proficiency in PC applications;
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
