Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate at RTT, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery experiences for our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service standards. You will be responsible for monitoring deliveries, submitting reports, and communicating with clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily deliveries and submit timely reports
  • Liaise with National/Cross Border Branches to ensure SLA compliance
  • Communicate client requirements and anomalies back to the Business
  • Manage exceptions and log issues on Case Management
  • Daily follow up on Problem Trips (outstanding PODs)
  • Keep SLE Notes updated with client requests/action taken/operational requirements
  • Attend to email and telephonic queries, providing timely and accurate feedback
  • Assist with logging collections and ensure follow-up and feedback to clients daily
  • Support the Operations team as needed

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 – Matric qualification
  • 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service
  • Geographical knowledge
  • Company's distribution network
  • Track Trace system

Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum (estimated based on market rates and location)
